Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MirrorFlow website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Mirror AI Labs, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“MirrorFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that organization.Note: MirrorFlow v0.1 is an early-stage, AI-powered service. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for some uses. You are responsible for how you use the Service and any content generated through it.

2. Eligilibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is intended for business and professional use, not for children or general consumer use.
You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
  
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
  
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

4. Description of the Service

MirrorFlow is an AI-native narrative influence and media intelligence platform that helps users:

• Monitor news, blogs, and other content sources.
  
• Generate summaries, insights, and relevance labels.
  
• Identify authors, influencers, and strategic targets.
  
• Draft posts, content, and digests using AI models and automation.
  

The Service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

MirrorFlow v0.1 is offered as an early product. Functionality, performance, and availability may change, and there may be bugs or limitations.

5. User Content

5.1. Definition

“User Content” means any data, text, prompts, links, files, or other materials you upload, submit, or otherwise make available to the Service, including content you direct MirrorFlow to fetch or process.

5.2. Your Ownership

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. MirrorFlow does not claim ownership of your User Content.

5.3. License to MirrorFlow

You grant MirrorFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  
• Operate AI models and workflows to generate outputs for you.
  
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.
  

We do not sell your User Content.

6. AI Outputs and Reliance

The Service uses AI and other automated systems to generate summaries, classifications, and content (“AI Outputs”).

You understand and agree that:

• AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading.
  
• AI Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
  
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Outputs before relying on or publishing them.
  
• MirrorFlow is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI Outputs.
  

You should not use the Service in high-risk environments where errors could result in harm, injury, or significant damages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  
• Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  
• Generate or disseminate content that is:
  
  • Illegal, hateful, harassing, or threatening
    
  • Exploitative, discriminatory, or inciting violence
    
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes
    
• Attempt to:
  
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Service.
    
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
    
  • Bypass or circumvent any security or access control.
    
• Train or improve models that compete with MirrorFlow using outputs from the Service (except as allowed by a separate written agreement).
  
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as authored by a human where doing so is deceptive or harmful.
  

We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.

8. Third-Party Services and Models

The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services, including:

• Cloud hosting infrastructure.
  
• Large language model providers.
  
• Web scraping or content retrieval APIs.
  
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
  

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. MirrorFlow is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We may change or replace third-party providers over time.

9. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Taxes

9.1. Plans and Fees

Some features are offered under paid subscription plans. Plan details, including pricing and limits, are described in the Service or on our website.

We may change plan pricing or features prospectively. If we do, we’ll notify you in advance where required by law.

9.2. Payments

• Payments are typically processed by third-party processors such as Stripe.
  
• By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified in your plan
  
• You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.
  

9.3. Renewals and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  
• You can cancel via the account or billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past periods.
  

9.4. Refunds

Except where required by law or specifically stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.

9.5. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges, excluding MirrorFlow’s income taxes.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• MirrorFlow and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, except User Content.
  
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
  

MirrorFlow reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

11. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant MirrorFlow a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

12. Beta Features

From time to time, MirrorFlow may offer experimental or beta features.

Such features:

• May be labeled as “beta,” “experimental,” or similar.
  
• May be subject to additional terms.
  
• Are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  

Your use of beta features is at your own risk.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms apply from the time you first use the Service until:

• You stop using the Service and close your account, or
  
• We terminate or suspend your access.
  

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.
  
• You create risk or possible legal exposure for MirrorFlow or others.
  
• We decide to discontinue part or all of the Service.
  

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends.
  
• We may retain certain data as required or permitted by law, or per our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL RELATED CONTENT AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

MirrorFlow specifically disclaims:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
  
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI Outputs or other content.
  

You use the Service at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• IN NO EVENT WILL MIRRORFLOW OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  
• MIRRORFLOW’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
  (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MIRRORFLOW FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR
  (B) $100 USD.
  

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of certain liabilities; in those cases, these limits will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MirrorFlow and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
  
• Your User Content.
  
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved:

• First, through good-faith negotiations.
  
• If unresolved, then through binding arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration provider, seated in the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  

You and MirrorFlow agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to bring claims only in your individual capacities (no class actions), to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
  
• If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required (e.g., in-app notice or email).
  

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
